Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) is one of the representative herbs, herbaceous perennial plant of Ginseng Family.
Main active ingredient is glycoside which is a compound carbohydrate (a complex of sugar and alcohol or phenol),
such as ginseng saponin or ginsensides. This ingredient has clinical demonstration results that show maintaining physical homeostasis as a tonic, improvement of learning function, failure of memory and efficiency of intellectual work, pain relief effect, cancer prevention effect (suppressing the propagation and metastasis of cancer cells, strengthen anticancer activity of anticancer medicine), anti-diabetic effect, liver function acceleration, controlling blood pressure.
In addition, anti-tiredness and anti-stress, HIV genes stasis, improvements for woman menopause and male sexual function disorder, antioxidant activity and suppress aging effect.
